Application for issuance of the certificate after completion of the studium oecologicum

Use the following form to apply for the issuance of your certificate. The fields marked with * are mandatory.

You must fulfill the following requirements to receive the certificate:

a total of at least 10 CP collected with courses from the studium oecologicum module catalog (crediting of further courses related to sustainability is possible) *

of which at least 2 CP each from the areas of the basic cmodule, the advanced modules from the own subject area and the advanced module from another subject area collected *

You must provide us with certificates of achievements of the courses you have attended (you do not need the certificates of achievement for the basic modules, as the lecturers will send us the transcripts collectively due to the high number of participants). Please use the draft of certificate of achievement provided (to be found under “Registration and certificate of achievement”) and use the upload function in the relevant section of the form on the following pages for existing certificates of achievement (please combine several into one PDF document). If any certificates are missing, we will contact you by e-mail.

Consent to data protection studium oecologicum

I agree that the personal data collected may be stored by the Sustainability Office for the purposes of certificate coordination and, if necessary, subsequent contact. Consent is given on a voluntary basis and can be revoked at any time. The data will be deleted after five years. Here you can find the general privacy policy.
