Nachhaltigkeitsbüro

Several people are digging in a field in the winter.

The event will take place on November 10, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. Come join us and lend a hand!

You’re cordially invited to join us for a community event with Rombergpark! During the event, we’ll be maintaining selected areas of the park. There are various tasks to be done, such as weeding, planting, pruning, and digging.

The event begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Torhaus (Am Rombergpark 50, 44225 Dortmund). From there, we’ll head out together. You’re also welcome to join us later. All you need to bring is weather-appropriate clothing, something to drink, and gloves if needed. Rombergpark will provide the necessary tools.

We’re really looking forward to working together to make this special place in Dortmund even more beautiful.

As part of the new event series, the Sustainability Office at TU Dortmund University, in cooperation with the CSR Office at FH Dortmund, the Studierendenwerk Dortmund, and the General Student Committees of the universities, is offering sustainability-related eveents even outside of Sustainability Week (Nachhaltigkeitswoche).
